Overview

Traditionally, engineers and architects have different priorities and perspectives. Although they frequently work together, conflicting goals can lead to lapses in communication and coordination, negatively affecting your project. But at BG Consultants, we do things a little differently.

Our company started 50 years ago. We opened our doors with three employees — an engineer, a surveyor, and an architect — who envisioned a collaborative firm of forward-thinking professionals. Having each grown up on a farm, they had great respect for the land and environment and understood the value of hard work and dedication. Overall, they wanted to make a positive difference in local communities.

As the firm grew, we hired more engineers, more architects, and developed studios specializing in different project types. Today, BG Consultants is a mid-sized design firm with over 90 professionals and support staff. We provide services in architecture; civil engineering; structural engineering; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering; planning; and surveying. Our people are experts in their fields, but above all, they’re focused on our clients.

Our mission is to provide client-focused service through integrated design solutions. Put simply: We see ourselves as a partner, working with you to create a design that resonates with your vision.
