BG Consultants, Inc. partnered with BHS Construction on a design-build delivery for the new Control Service Company office. The 3,045 SF facility was constructed using wood-frame construction and provides a highly functional and efficient workspace tailored to the client’s operations. BG provided a full range of in-house services, including architectural design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, civil engineering, surveying, and construction staking.

The building program includes open office space, private offices, a conference room, break room, restrooms, a mechanical room, and dedicated workshop space, along with comprehensive site improvements. The exterior incorporates native local limestone and brick masonry, complemented by an arched porch entryway that creates a strong architectural presence and welcoming identity. Inside, visitors are greeted by an inviting lobby featuring thoughtful interior design accents, carpeting, and terrazzo-look luxury vinyl plank flooring.

As a leader in state-of-the-art building automation and integrated systems controls, Control Service Company required a facility that reflects its technical expertise. The project embodies a high degree of detail and intelligence in HVAC, lighting, and security systems, seamlessly integrating advanced controls to create a high-performance, responsive work environment.
