KSU Water, Sanitary Sewer, Stormwater Master Plan

Manhattan, KS

In April 2012, Kansas State University authorized BG Consultants, Inc. to conduct Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Stormwater Master Plans of existing conditions to supplement the 2025 University Master Plan Update. A portion of the university master plan includes a comprehensive site build-out plan for new programs, dorms, and support facilities. Understanding the existing capacity conditions is critical to analyzing and planning for the impact of future site development on these utilities. BG Consultants provided finalized recommendations to be included in the comprehensive master plan. The models and existing conditions recommendations will be a useful tool for the University when future site development occurs.
